At HackersLove, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. This policy outlines your return, refund, and warranty rights for digital products, physical items, and hardware.
 

1. Return Windows
Digital Products

  • Eligible for refund within 30 days from the purchase date.
     

Physical Products 

  • Eligible for return within 30 days from the delivery date.
     

Hardware / Equipment

  • Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

  • Packaging must remain unopened.
     

2. Eligible Returns

You may request a return or refund if:

  • The item arrives defective or damaged

  • The product does not match the specifications listed on our website

  • You made an accidental duplicate purchase

  • The item is incompatible despite meeting the stated requirements
     

3. Non-Refundable Items

Some items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Digital downloads after successful delivery or activation

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Software licenses that have already been activated

  • Services that have already been fully rendered
     

4. How to Request a Return or Refund

To begin the process:

  1. Email support@hackerslove.com with your order number

  2. Provide a brief explanation of your request

  3. Include supporting evidence (photos/screenshots), if applicable

  4. You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number within 48 hours

        Items shipped back without an RA number may experience delays.
 

5. Refund Processing Time
 
Digital Products

  • Refunds issued within 3–5 business days
     

Physical Returns

  • Processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the item

       All refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
 

6. Warranty Coverage
 
Hardware Products

  • Includes a 1-year manufacturer warranty

  • Dead on Arrival (DOA) replacement within 7 days

  • Defects covered according to manufacturer terms
     

Software & Digital Products

  • 90-day technical support included

  • Critical updates and bug fixes provided

  • No warranty on third-party integrations
